Today's Pick? Simple. Exactingly, decidedly Southern, Texan even, simple. The debut feature from the then-and-still formidable duo, a brothership commonly known to this day as the Coens, screening in a new 4K prez. Miss this at your peril. Or be accused of sticking yer thumb up the wrong person's ass.
Joel and Ethan Coen's debut feature, the film that would define them for decades, 1984's BLOOD SIMPLE, screens in a brand-spankin' new 4K spitshine for one last day. Sorta appropriate, considring the source material.
